The US Supreme Court 2000 to the present has ruled consistently in favor of corporations and lobbyists who affect legislation and life, and equally attack citizen rights and liberties. The five "conservative" on the court are all activists and play the role of legislators rather than judges. State legislators have been racing to make abortion illegal since Republicans swept into the house and senate in numerous states.
