On July 26, 2011, Fox News Host for “Impact” objected to the media calling Anders Breivik a Christian terrorist after murdering 76 people in Norway (http://nation.foxnews.com/norway/2011/07/26/oreilly-blasts-media-branding-norwegian-maniac-christian-extremist). O’Reilly either is illiterate and/or ignorant, or a pathological liar, as on July 24, 2011, Anders Behring Breivik called himself a “conservative Christian” both on his Facebook page as well as on page 1037 of his 1500 page “Manifesto.” Christian apologists, similar to O’Reilly claim: “A true Christian would not go and … shoot people in a camp or blow up buildings,” he said. “That’s not what a Christian does. Adolf Hitler wrote about his faith as a Christian, proclaimed his faith in Jesus, and attended religious services regularly–and killed millions. As Hitler said and wrote, repeatedly: “I am now as before a Catholic and will always remain so” (Adolf Hitler, from John Toland [Pulitzer Prize winner], Adolf Hitler, New York: Anchor Publishing, 1992, p. 507), and “The folkish-minded man, in particular, has the sacred duty, each in his own denomination, of making people stop just talking superficially of God’s will, and actually fulfill God’s will, and not let God’s word be desecrated. For God’s will gave men their form, their essence and their abilities. The Knights Templar (full name was/is Pauperes commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici that translates as Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon) were never poor but definitely soldiers for greed, gold, and variant degrees of “god”, being officially endorsed by the Roman Catholic Church in 1129 at the Council of Troyes. In 1139, Pope Innocent II’s papal bull Omne Datum Optimum exempted the Order from obedience to local laws, granting the Templars a free pass through all borders without having to pay any taxes, and exempt from all authority except that of the Pope. The papacy was also one of the clients of the Knights Templar, and its pontiffs, like secular kings owed the Order large sums of money with little ability to raise repayment or even meet interest obligations. The Templars, like modern congresses, were reluctant to extend more credit, and this made state and church more interested in destroying the Order.

Australia named Denis Michael Rohan, a member of an evangelical Christian sect known as the Worldwide Church of God (based in Glendora, California, United States; since April 3, 2009, it has used the new name Grace Communion International in the USA) tried to burn down al-Aqsa Mosque to hasten the Second Coming Christ, known as the Second Advent, or Parousia from Heaven to Earth (the term Parousia appears only twice in the Jewish Septuagint (2 Maccabees 8:12 and 15:21), and 24 times in the New Testament, but not all refer to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ–that only happens 16 times, once {2Thess.2:9 ου εστιν η παρουσια κατ ενεργειαν του σατανα εν παση δυναμει και σημειοις και τερασιν ψευδους that comes from Deuteronomy 13:1 and 2 Chronicles 18:20} it refers to the “second coming of the lawless one”). Rohan was subsequently hospitalized in a mental institution. The problem here is that the discussion is about a second presence (παρουσίας) but that does not denote a physical or a spiritual presence.
Because of the greed and deep debt owed the Order that had become the foundation of European banking, the French King Philip IV, had many of the Order’s members housed in France arrested, tortured into giving false confessions of being guilty of apostasy, heresy, idolatry, obscene rituals and homosexuality, financial corruption and fraud, and secrecy, and then burned at the stake in 1307 ( Barber, Malcom (2006). The accusation of homosexuality was not based on any Biblical prohibition (the word homosexual does not exist in either the Old or New Testament). It is a reference to a “foreign corruption” that allegedly came out of Islam.
Medieval propaganda always associated sodomy with Islam as Islam was “foreign” “strange” and “distant” where “vices” were thought of and many desired. greatest Caliph of Cordoba, Abd al-Rahman (عبد الرحمن الثالث), is accused in one Christian tract of having martyred Saint Pelagius of Córdoba, who was claimed to be thirteen years-old, in the year 926, not because he was a Christian but because he resisted the Caliph’s advances (Mark D. Jordan (1997). The Invention of Sodomy in Christian Theology, Chicago, pp.10–28). The official martyrology has the boy being “tortured” with no other accusation (Mark D. Jordan (1977). to be pictured as being consumed with same-sex desires, but there is more in these texts than that. Jordan notes: “As it begins to act out its own worship of the boy-saint, the Christian community seems as much bothered by his beauty as was the caliph” (p. 28). For “… the flattery of his beauty that is sung by male choirs …” (p. 27) does unavoidably bring up questions of the point of such God-bestowed male beauty (throughout history males were always considered more beautiful than females, as in the animal kingdom), therefore it was considered so dangerous to its bearer and to its observers, including the monks chanting Pelagius’s praises, leading theologians to deify Mary the mother of Jesus–taking the ancient Egyptian title for Isis: “Mother of God” and applying it to her, and propagandizing the beauty of the female that does not reach fruition until the early Renaissance). The invention of sodomy in the Pelagius’ story was a later Christian ploy to attack Islam (it does not appear until decades after the boy is executed for refusing to convert to Islam). The original Acta Sanctorum focuses on the beauty of the thirteen year-old boy, written by sex-starved monks living celibate lives in cloisters and sitting for long hours in scriptorium that had little head and infrequent opportunities for diversion. This force many of the writers to become flagallents to mortify their own flesh by whipping it with various instruments, being introduced “from the East” as various religions, like the cult of Isis in Egypt and the Dionysian cult of Greece, practiced their own forms of flagellation. By the eleventh century it was commonly brought into public squares to demonstrate piety, and practiced by clergy and laity.

Konrad Schmidt popularized flagellation in the fourteenth century his Thuringian rebels left their worldly occupations and prayed preparing the Judgment Day for 1369–an “end of time” that did not happen then nor in 2011. While flagellation was condemned by the medieval church, it still continues in Roman Catholic countries such as Mexico and the Philippine Islands where men (and some women) still have themselves whipped and crucified (Cohn, Norma. The Pursuit of the Millennium: Revolutionary Millenarians and Mystical Anarchists of the Middle Ages Oxford University Press, 1970, 2010, Ch. 7).
Rightfully fearing a vengeance-filled retaliation, the French sovereign pressured Pope Clement V disbanded the Order in 1312, with all nations, but Portugal, complying because of their own indebtedness to the Order. Portugal was the only European country where Templars were not persecuted and arrested and the Order continued to grow. Today it exists on the Island of Malta, still hateful of Muslims and Islam, still prone to violence, and still a secret society with its own rituals and rites. In most cases, the flagallant whipped himself or herself to cast out any longing for pleasure in sex, as the medieval mind, like that of Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly and Michele and Marcus Bachmann who have serious mental issues, see sex as evil and a part of a mythological Fall from Grace (Adam and Eve). For evangelical extremists and fundamentalist fanatics such as Maggie Gallagher, Bill O’Reilly and Anders Breivik, sexuality is about procreation. Sexuality itself, at least in its present condition. bounds for the sake of procreation, and thus as Rick Perry of Texas states, marriage has to be solely between one man and one woman (even if it is serial monogamy). There was no doubt that perfection in this life required perfect chastity as Anders maintained for approximately 35 years (save for masturbation, a natural act that troubled him deeply rather than one that would bring to him normal joy and personal fulfillment). Thus, one explanation for the amazing depictions of the evils of sodomy is rather simple: The invention of Sodomy was to feign a pure essence of the erotic without connection to reproduction. It isolated the erotic in its pure state, where it could be described in frightening colors and condemned without concession as being practiced by the heathens: Muslims who were already by the twelfth century filtering back into Europe and even extending into Scandinavia so that “pure Christians” (defined by Hitler as Aryans) were under constant attack by the threat of miscegenation (from the Latin miscere “to mix” + genus “kind”. (op. cit., p. 176; the term miscegenation does not appear until the nineteenth century: it was allegedly coined by U.S. journalist David Goodman Croly (1829–89) in a pamphlet published anonymously in 1864.)
The problem is with historical misinterpretation. The Knights Templar were never avowed enemies of Muslims. While it is true that they killed, and financed the murder of many followers of Muhammad and Islam, the fact remains that the Templars maintained, enhanced and expanded diplomatic

contacts and a healthy respect for a formidable enemy realizing that dialogue and direct dealings were essential as part of their struggle to defend Christendom in the east. Truces and alliances with Muslims enabled the crusader states to live to fight another day. “The fact that Muslim writers always rejoiced over the Templars when they were defeated and depicted them as evil enemies of Islam shows that, despite these alliances and friendships, in reality the Templars always remained what they claimed to be — fanatical warriors of Christ” (Nicholson, Helen J. (2004). The Knights Templar: A New History. Thrupp, Stroud, Gloucestershire : Sutton Pub., pp. 79-80). What is common in all the stories associated with the crusades, the Order, and the various atrocities, is that Jesus is always pictured as a warrior with a sword in hand to slay those who would deny his divinity: a reference to Matthew 10:34.

Were the Knights Templars “over-sexed”? Most remained chaste and celibate: both unnatural and abnormal acts/conditions in the world of living beings. Since they did not frequent women, many were accused of being homosexuals. Those who would accept having sex with two prostitutes were generally forgiven and allowed to live, for the Church saw the two women as equal pillars in the return to a Triad of humanity–a pagan format for a Trinity. Anders Behring Breivik had this in common with the Knights Templar. Breivik had sex with two prostitutes before he began his mad attack on children and Oslo.
Were the Templars violent? Yes, at first, but they quickly moved into a world of commerce where they took retribution against their opponents by raising interest rates, calling in loans, ruining credit ratings, and fabricating lies for distribution to others (Martin, Sean (2005). The Templars bought both sovereigns and pontiffs, much in the same was as financial institutions do today and with the same ruthlessness, aspersions and fabrications as the Tea Party and Rick Perry of Texas, Rupert Murdoch, Bill O’Reilly, and the Koch Brothers: amassing wealth for themselves while keeping the workers poor and dependent. Then hated Muslims when it seemed economically beneficial, were intolerant of other cultures that they cursed as being abominations against western Christianity, and hurled insults at those who attempted to meet with their counterparts in the East and South. In short, they were identical to men like Bill O’Reilly and Anders Behring Breivik.
