Lies and Crimes of Donald J. Trump–Part One

Dick Farrel (real name: Farrel Austin Levitt1), a 65-years-old former right-wing radio host in Florida and anchor on Newsmax TV, died Wednesday of complications from Covid-19, NBC affiliate WPTV2 of West Palm Beach reported. Farrel was a vocal and staunch advocate against the coronavirus vaccines,3 which he posted about on social media, once calling them “bogus.”4

In a July 3 post he wrote: “Why take a vax promoted by people who lied 2u all along about masks, where the virus came from and the death toll?”, although he didn’t provide any additional context or clarification. “Vaccine Bogus Bull Shid!, Two peeps I know, got vaxed, now have Corona, hospitalized critical,” he wrote on July 1. “Thank you Moderna, FOR NOTHING!”

Dick Farrel was a big Trump supporter and repeated Trump’s lies.

Farrel railed against figures like Dr. Anthony Fauci, whom he called a “power tripping lying freak,”5 repeatedly called masks “face diapers” and “face panties”,6 called Trump a “god sent messenger”, and after Biden’s inauguration warned “Civil war beckons.”1 Farrel said nothing about Donald  J. Trump’s cover up of COVID from the time the initial reports of the pandemic and Trump disbanding the White House pandemic response that Obama created (May 2008)until half-way through his only term as President (January 20, 2021.8 Trump slipped into the COVID Relief Bill and Economic Security (CARES) Act over $195 billion massive tax giveaways to his family, friends and the very rich.9

Donald Sr, Eric, Donald Jr, Ivanka Trump

On both the criminal and civil litigation fronts, former President Donald Trump faces a bevy of lawsuits and investigations, with more cases likely to follow. A federal lawsuit claims that the Trump family raked in millions by duping vulnerable investors with his three oldest children and his business having been named in the a class lawsuit that claims that the Trump brand preys on investors to take part in fraudulent schemes. Four anonymous individuals filed the 164-page lawsuit in Manhattan federal court on Monday accusing the Trumps of “promoting what they described as promising business opportunities with three companies in exchange for ‘secret’ payments: ACN Opportunity, a telecommunications marketing company; the Trump Network, a vitamin and health product marketing company; and the Trump Institute, a seminar program that ‘purported to sell Trump’s ‘secrets to success,'” according to CNN.10 The alleged schemes stemmed from “promotional spots and speeches that Trump , made on behalf of marketing company ACN, also known as American Communications Network, which charged $499 for the chance to sell video phones licensed by the company and sometimes extracted thousands of dollars later to have a chance of recouping the money.”11 The plaintiffs allege that the investments were a sham and that Trump and his family promoted them — including twice on his TV show “Celebrity Apprentice” — despite knowing they were fraudulent. Trump has faced similar allegations of fraud before, most notably in three lawsuits brought against Trump University, his now-defunct real estate seminar that purported to reveal his business secrets to students. Trump agreed to settle those lawsuits, which alleged the program featured false advertisements and never delivered on its claims, for $25 million just days after the 2016 presidential election.

Some are civil suits stemming from his pre-presidential business dealings. Others are defamation claims from women he allegedly assaulted. More still are criminal probes and civil actions that scrutinize his attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Trump lost any immunity from indictment that he may have possessed as president the moment he left office on Jan. 20. If Trump falters in one of his business-related suits, his companies may be subject to massive penalties,12

E. Jean Carroll accuses Trump of rape.

One civil suit is by E. Jean Carroll is an American journalist, author of What Do We Need Men For?: A Modest Proposal in which she accuses Les Moonves and Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her in the mis-1990s, and advice columnist “Ask E. Jean” column appeared in Elle from 1993 until 2020 (Carroll also wrote for Saturday Night Live in the mid-1980s; In addition to writing for magazines including The Atlantic and Vanity Fair, Carroll served as a contributing editor for OutsideEsquire and Playboy. She was Playboy’s first female contributing editor13) who is suing Trump for defamation after he publicly accused her of fabricating a rape allegation against him.14  Carroll’s book,  The parties are currently involved in an appeal before the Second Circuit, where Trump (and so far, the Justice Department as well) is arguing that he had official immunity from Carroll’s defamation claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

Summer Zervos and Donald Trump

A second civil suits was filed by Summer Zervos, a former contestant on the Apprentice. Ms. Zervos filed a civil suit against former President Trump for defamation after he claimed her allegations of his inappropriate sexual conduct were lies designed to help the Clinton campaign and improve her fame. Her attorneys request that the court unseal nine pages of Trump Organization documents that the then-president’s lawyers designated as confidential. The pages include calendar records and emails that Zervos claims corroborates her account of being forcibly kissed and groped by Trump in December 2007.15 The case is currently at the New York Court of Appeals, the highest New York state court. On March 30, 2021, the New York Court of Appeals denied Trump’s appeal motion to dismiss the case. As for Trump’s claim that Zervos was using the documents to help Clinton, records show that Ms. Zervos is a registered Republican.

Mary Trump and the book she wrote about her uncle Donald

A more intriguing suit is one brought against the former president by his niece. Mary Trump published a book16 accusing the Trumps of shorting her out of her rightful share.17 Trump moved to dismiss the case on Jan. 4, 2021.18 Mary filed a response on Feb. 26, 2021.19

At least twenty-six women have leveled charges that Trump raped them or committed other unwanted sexual acts following the October 2016 publication of the “Access Hollywood” tape,[1, https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-recorded-having-extremely-lewd-conversation-about-women-in-2005/2016/10/07/3b9ce776-8cb4-11e6-bf8a-3d26847eeed4_story.html,] in which Trump was heard boasting about grabbing women’s genitals in 2005. Donald Trump bragged in vulgar terms about kissing, groping and trying to have sex with women during a 2005 conversation caught on a hot microphone, saying that “when you’re a star, they let you do it,” according to a video obtained by The Washington Post. Some of Trump’s accusers made their stories public months before the tape’s release, and still others came forward in the months following.. In September 2020, model Amy Dorris said that in 1997 Trump forcibly kissed her, groped her all over her body, and gripped her tightly so she couldn’t get away. Samantha Holvey, who spoke out in 2016 about her experience with Trump as a Miss USA pageant contestant, said in 2017 that while Trump’s election was painful, she and others see the #MeToo movement as an opportunity to “try round two.” Trump’s victims include: Jessica Leeds who told the New York Times in October 2016 that Trump reached his hand up her skirt and groped her while seated next to her on a flight in the late 1970s;20 Ivana Trump, Trump’s first wife and the mother of his three eldest children, who raped her in a fit of rage in 1989,21 with Trump complaining “there is no such thing as rape in marriage”–wrong: Marital rape in United States law, also known as spousal rape, is non-consensual sex in which the perpetrator is the victim’s spouse. It is a form of partner rape, of domestic violence, and of sexual abuse. Today, marital rape is illegal in all 50 US states, though the details of the offence vary by state.22; Kristin Anderson who says Trump touched her vagina through her underwear at a New York City nightclub in early 1990s,23; Jill Harth who has recounted Trump pushed her against a wall, put his hand up her skirt, and tried to kiss her at a dinner at his Mar-a-Lago resort in the early 1990s;24 Lisa Boyne attended a 1996 dinner with Trump and modeling agent John Casablancas during which several other women in attendance were forced to walk across a table in order to leave. As the women walked on the table, Boyne says that Trump looked up their skirts and commented on their underwear and genitals. Trump allegedly asked Boyne for her opinion on which of the women he should sleep with;25 Mariah Billado and Victoria Hughes, two Miss Teen USA contestants who suffered Trump when he walked into their dressing room and told them he “had seen it all.”26 Four women who competed in the 1997 Miss Teen USA beauty pageant said Donald Trump walked into the dressing room while contestants — some as young as 15 — were changing. A fifth contestant came forward with another story of sexual harassments by Trump. “It was certainly the most inappropriate time to meet us all for the first time,” said Victoria Hughes, the former Miss New Mexico Teen USA, in an email. “The youngest girl was 15, and I was the eldest at 19.”

Mo Brooks (R-AL) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) different interpretations of Jan 6 Capitol riot

On Mar. 5, 2021, Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) sued Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr., and Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AZ) in federal court over the Jan. 6 riots. Swalwell alleges that the defendants violated federal civil rights laws–including the Ku Klux Klan Act–when they conspired to interfere with the Electoral College Count on Jan 6. Beyond that, Swalwell also says the defendants should be held liable for negligently violating DC criminal codes on incitement, encouraging the rioters’ violent conduct, and intentionally inflicting emotional distress on members of Congress.27

NY State AG Letitia James and Donald Trump

On May 18, 2021, a spokesperson for New York’s Attorney General Letitia James said, “We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the organization is no longer purely civil in nature. We are now actively investigating the Trump Organizations in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA.” Vance has convened a special grand jury that is “expected to decide whether to indict former president Donald Trump, other executives at his company or the business itself should prosecutors present the panel with criminal charges,” the Washington Post reported on May 25, 2021. “The move indicates that District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr.’s investigation of the former president and his business has reached an advanced stage …. It suggests, too, that Vance believes he has found evidence of a crime — if not by Trump then by someone potentially close to him or by his company.”28

Trump, Ivanka, and Epstein and “very young girls”

Unfortunately, it will take a multivolume set of books to chronicle all of the Trump Crime Family’s violation of New York City, Palm Beach City, states of New York and Florida, and federal laws…but I am working on it. Trump has always had a preoccupation with sex with young girls regardless of who they were. He is recorded saying “If Ivanka wasn’t my daughter…I would be with her” and had no problem with photos of father and daughter kissing, or Ivanka give Donald a lap dance… and more.29 when I posted the photographic proof on my Facebook page, Facebook censored me and suspended me for 30 days claiming I was posting pornography.  That is when I discovered a real speech site at http://www.liker.com.

The fact that Trump and Epstein were close friends and attended Jeffrey Epstein’s parties with underage girls did not trouble the New Yorker sleazebag who bragged about it before and after the election of 2016, and only denied their relationship after Epstein was arrested and subsequently committed “suicide.” Then a video made in 1992 of Trump with Epstein emerged July 17, 2019–but it did not discourage Trump’s white christian evangelical pastors from supporting nor his growing cache of Trumpers.30  Watch the video31“]
