Franklin Graham
Franklin Graham, the son of the famous televangelist Billy Graham, and the well-remunerated1 president/CEO of Samaritan’s Purse. Graham himself drew a salary of $636,451 in 2018, according to the organization’s IRS filing,2 and that’s on top of the full-time salary he gets as president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, which doesn’t have to publicly state his salary but is also estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.3
Samaritan’s Purse and Franklin Graham
Samaritan’s Purse won’t let LGBTQ+ people even work for free at its tent hospital in Central Park and will extend no life-saving or health service to LGBTQ+ “in the name of Jesus”.4 and ranted against the Biden administration for issuing a U.S. passport with an “X” gender marker to a non-binary person for the first time yesterday. Graham was not concerned as Donald J. Trump and the Trump Administration redirected World Health Organization (WHO) funds to Franklin Graham’s Samaritan Purse5 in recognition of its open bigotry to LGBTQ+ and the rights of all women to determine the destiny of their own bodies.6 Trump said that the World Health Organization needed reform after “failing to vet coronavirus data from China” contributing to a pandemic that infected more than 650,000 USA residents because Trump was worried about his ratings. Trump’s administration had ceased “voluntary” contributions for agencies including USAID, EPA, and Department of Health & Human Services. Trump administration officials grumble about WHO’s indulgent travel budget and liberal policy priorities, pointing to WHO work on climate change7 and abortion8 both which are health issues9 that Graham and televangelists ignore.
The tragedy today is that any school or university that has a name that includes Southern Baptist affiliation is an institution of ignorance, denying their students a chance of learning and discovering the truth as seen with Samford University in Alabama disinvited Pulitzer Prize-winning historian Jon Meacham was invited to speak on the importance of civil discourse to celebrate the inauguration of the school’s new president. President Beck Taylor said, according to AL.com. “Unexpectedly, Mr. Meacham’s planned lecture has become a divisive issue, one that takes attention away from our opportunity to celebrate Samford.”10 Meacham, who received the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for a biography about President Andrew Jackson, has also written about Thomas Jefferson, Franklin Roosevelt and George H.W. Bush, as well as historical accounts of the Civil Rights Movement and a book on Jesus’ final words from the Cross. An earlier news release from the university announcing the speech spoke effusively of Meacham’s credentials and insight: “Known as a skilled orator with a depth of knowledge about politics, religion and current affairs, Meacham brings historical context to the issues and events impacting our daily lives. His lecture will incorporate themes from The Soul of America: The Battle for Our Better Angels, a #1 New York Times bestseller, which examines the present moment in American politics and life by looking back at critical times in U.S. history when hope overcame division and fear.”11 The San Antonio Express-News reported: “While writing a biography of George H.W. Bush, he became so close to the 41st president and former first lady Barbara Bush that the family asked him to deliver eulogies at both of their funeral services when they died seven months apart in 2018.”12
Andrew Wommack
Multimillionaire Andrew Wommack is the founder of Andrew Wommack Ministries where a COVID19 broke out and swept threw the congregation and school,13 Charis Bible College (a sprawling campus that is tax-exempt), that he paid $21 million14

Wommack Ministries is being sued by Teller County and the State of Colorado for failing to comply with COVID health order restrictions

for to host daily Gospel Truth television and radio shows (that many compare to a Nazi Germany rally) supports conversion therapy and the death penalty for homosexuality said that God will “turn off” receptors in cells that allow in the virus that causes COVID-1915… for people who are good enough Christians–citing Exodus 23:25 (וַעֲבַדְתֶּ֗ם אֵ֚ת יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם וּבֵרַ֥ךְ אֶֽת־לַחְמְךָ֖ וְאֶת־מֵימֶ֑יךָ וַהֲסִרֹתִ֥י מַחֲלָ֖ה מִקִּרְבֶּֽךָ from the Talmud/Old Testament)16 that says nothing about Christianity or Christians as it was more than 2300 before any “christians existed”. Wommack argued: “I think that that’s what Exodus 23:25 is talking about. God will lock all those cells. He turns off sickness. You don’t have the ability to get sick.” For the record, COVID-19 is caused by a virus, not “radical cells.” There is no “lock” on cells that keeps all pathogens out of them. Immunity generally refers to white blood cells destroying viruses and other pathogens, not “receptors” being “turned off.” Wommack stated his god would save him from COVID because he preaches against LGBTQ people because his god cannot change LGBTQ+ people without his help.17
Wommack also supported Uganda’s “Kill the Gays” bill, which he said was being repressed by “the strong arm tactics of the pro-homosexual western influence.”.18 Educated Black Uganda clergy reject this and cite “love” as the message of Jesus–and protest against the hemophobia of local Baptist clergy.19 Ultimately, the Uganda Supreme Court ruled the law unconstitutional–on a technicality.20
Liberty University and the Falwells
Liberty University, Jerry Falwell Sr.’s school that teaches misinformation, and covers up embarrassing information, especially cases of rape on campus, and of attempted suicide, and threatened to punish accusers for breaking its moral code (sic) and dismisses students’ reports of sexual assault regularly. As official whos says he was fired for raising concerns called it a “conspiracy of silence.” When Elizabeth Axley first told Liberty University officials she had been raped, she was confident they’d do the right thing. After Axley returned to her dorm, she called the campus police department. One of the officers drove her to the local hospital, where, records show, a nurse documented 15 bruises, welts and lacerations on her arm, face and torso.

When Axley reported it to her resident adviser, she was told not to report it as Ashley could be found to have violated the school’s prohibition against drinking and fraternizing with the opposite sex. The lead investigator with Liberty University, Elysa Bucci, now a Title IX Investigator at Baylor Baptist University in Waco, TX from February 2019-present),21 was not interested but asked her questions why she had led her rapist “astray.” Bucci removed her photographs chronicling the assault, saying they were too “explicit.” Bucci rejected even the medical assault records that Axley submitted testifying to her attack–that was too much for the religious Bucci, who also consigned the copies she received to the trash bin and chewed out Axley for even seeking medical attention–calling it proof that Axley was “fallen” and had no right to be at a “christian Southern Baptist University.”
Axley soon received a document from Liberty University telling her she could, herself, face “possible disciplinary action” for violating Liberty University purity clause.22 Axley was but one of many students who was hounded by Liberty University–including male students: a former Liberty University student who played in a band with Becki Falwell’s son came forward with claims she performed oral sex on him and pursued him on Facebook for months when he was 22.23
Another Miami youth claims he had sex with Falwell’s wife24 (see photo at top of page) and sued the family last year over his stake in their LGBTQ-friendly hostel. Gordon Bello sued Jerry Falwell Jr. in 2019 over his stake in the hostel that the Falwell family invested in and which Giancarlo Granda runs. In 2017, Bello filed a lawsuit against the Falwells claiming his father, a builder, gave them the idea for the hostel that they bought and went into business with with Granda. Granda has stated that Jerry Falwell was the predator. Granda and Bello are high school friends. Bello and his father had changed their names from Jesus Fernandez Jr. and Sr in 2016 and claim it was ‘due to a matter directly related to the subject matter of this lawsuit’. The father told the Miami Herald at the time the decision was based on ‘major concerns’ and those concerns were ‘based on threats’.25 Granda explained that the Falwells were at best hypocrites. In 2017, Bello filed a lawsuit against the Falwells claiming his father, a builder, gave them the idea for the hostel that they bought and went into business with with Granda.

Becki Falwell and husband Jerry Falwell Jr who “enjoyed watching his wife have sex with young men” (Associated Press)
Nothing changed until Jerry Falwell Jr. was confronted with accusations about him and wife’s “interest” in a pool boy (that Vice President Mike Pence found the pool boy Giancarlo Granda, “very attractive”).26 Granda, in an affidavit, swore that Jerry Falwell “liked to watch” and insisted on the affair with his wife Becki, was “lengthy.”27
Granda was a business partner with the Falwells, with Jerry buying a Miami Beach youth hostel in 2013. A representative of the Falwell family said Granda was “offered a share” in Alton Hostel LLC because Granda lived in Miami and would act as a manager of the youth hostel. Corporate records show that Granda currently has a stake in that venture.28 There was no share mentioned in the papers.
When the scandal exploded about Falwell’s wife and the pool boy, Falwell excused his lack of judgment but quickly changed the subject by endorsing Donald J. Trump, and pledging to push Liberty University and “everyone” to work for Trump as his god’s Chosen One. Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Virginia, is now being sued for its “conspiracy of silence” over the sexual assaults.29 Under Title IX, the civil rights law, schools that engage in sex discrimination would not be entitled to federal funding. Scott Lamb, a former Liberty University spokesperson, was fired for urging university administrators to issue a statement stating that they would “get to the bottom” of the allegations of the lawsuit. Later, the Falwells accused the pool boy of trying to extort them for his silence.
With scandals piling up, and comments by Falwell’s successor, Jerry Prevo, a 76-year-old retired pastor of a large Alaskan church, told Scott Lamb, then the university’s senior vice president for communications and public engagement, that he wanted the university’s internal “think tank” — previously the Falkirk Center, now the Standing for Freedom Center — to become more effective at political activity raise new questions about evangelical university’s blurring of lines between politics and education. “Are they getting people elected? Which is one of our main goals,” Prevo told Lamb during a call that Lamb surreptitiously recorded and provided to POLITICO. “Are they really motivating our conservative people to really get out to vote? If they are, we ought to be seeing some changes in elected officials — and we are to some extent. All I want to do is to make us more effective.” Liberty University’s Prevo, a Liberty trustee, and Falwell has blurred line between education and politics at the university, which as a 501(c)(3) charity is not supposed to participate directly in political campaigns.30 Walter Scott Lamb, senior vice president of communications, now fired from Liberty University, admits this could cost the university its tax exempt status. Lamb also alleged, in a federal lawsuit filed on Monday, October 25, 2021, that Liberty fired him in retaliation for concerns he raised about the university’s handling of reports of sexual assault and harassment.31 One 20-year-old student who was raped by a member of Liberty University football team in February–but the footballer was excused because the victim was alone in a room with the rapist. The same thing happened to a 15-year-old what was sexually assaulted at a Liberty camp by Jesse Matthew, Jr,32 an LU football player at that time and Liberty University threatened to charge the teen with filing a false report. When the teen tried to escape, Matthew caught her again and groped her and carried her to a bathroom before attempting to strangle the child. Jesse Matthew Jr. went on to murder two women: Morgan Harrington in 2009, and Hannah Graham in 2014. Jesse Matthew Jr is currently serving a life sentence. Falwell tried to brush the assaults away, but when it was learned that Jerry Fallwell, Jr. was known to change his clothes at convocations in full view of the student body, and doing pelvic thrust exercises or “liking”33 bikini-wearing co-eds on social media. “A lot of students didn’t like it and thought it was unprofessional.” Because of the rapes and Falwell’s use of the university to support candidates (primarily Donald J. Trump and other far-right politicians), Liberty Universit is being sued for $10 million. Justice for Janes, a Liberty campus reform group,34 said a third party should be called in to investigate the university’s HR and Title IX offices for potential areas of corruption and mismanagement. Young said a temporary student group looking into Title IX issues had been shut down.35
Antisemiticism and Christianity
In 1879, German journalist Wilhelm Marr originated the term antisemitism, denoting the hatred of Jews, and also hatred of various liberal, cosmopolitan, and international political trends of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries often associated with Jews. The trends under attack included equal civil rights, constitutional democracy, free trade, socialism, finance capitalism, and pacifism.

The Protocols of the Meetings of Learned Elders of Zion with a Preface and explanatory notes by Sergius Nilus (in the private library of Arthur Frederick Ide)
Publications such as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion36 generated or provided support for fraudulent theories of an international Jewish conspiracy. In 1903, portions of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion were serialized in a Russian newspaper, Znamya (The Banner). The version of the Protocols that has endured and has been translated into dozens of languages, however, was first published in Russia in 1905 as an appendix to The Great in the Small: The Coming of the Anti-Christ and the Rule of Satan on Earth, by Russian writer and mystic Sergei Nilus. A potent component of political antisemitism was nationalism, whose adherents often falsely denounced Jews as disloyal citizens. The nineteenth century xenophobic “voelkisch movement” (folk or people’s movement)—made up of German philosophers, scholars, and artists who viewed the Jewish spirit as alien to Germandom—shaped a notion of the Jew as “non-German.” Theorists of racial anthropology provided pseudoscientific backing for this idea.
Following the Russian Revolution of 1917, anti-Bolshevik émigrés brought the Protocols to the West. Soon after, editions circulated across Europe, the United States, South America, and Japan. An Arabic translation first appeared in the 1920s.
Beginning in 1920, auto magnate Henry Ford’s newspaper, The Dearborn Independent, published a series of articles based in part on the Protocols. The International Jew, the book that included this series, was translated into at least 16 languages. From the German, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion was translated in English, German, Arabic, Japanese, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and all other major languages and was shipped to bookstores friendly to Adolf Hitler and his rising Third Reich. It quickly became a best seller throughout Germany, New York, New Jersey, Iowa, and other states in the USA reaching those feeling the results of the Hoover Depression and calls to rise up.
Both Adolf Hitler and Joseph Goebbels, later head of the propaganda ministry, praised Henry Ford and his The International Jew publication. This gave a scapegoat for white christians who continued to believe in and spread the lie that the Jews killed “the Christ” even though there had never been an historical record before the late first century religious writings of disenchanted followers of a Jesus (Romans) and no account of a Jesus in the first century before Josephus Flavius penned his Latin text in 95 CE–two generations after the Jesus of the New Testament (written in the second century CE and later) had allegedly died–wrote in Antiquities 20 v.9: “…and brought before them the brother of Jesus, who was called Christ, whose name was James, and some others; and when he had formed an accusation against them as breakers of the law, he delivered them to be stoned”.37 The next record (Roman) is from Cornelius Tacitus (116 CE) in Annals Book 15, Chapter 44 writes “there are a minority of people called Christians, from the whom the name had its origin…”38 The Roman historian Gaius Suetonius (121 CE) makes a reference to a Chestus.39 Most of the information comes from Gnostic writings (200-400 CE).40
Jesus does not appear again until the writing of the Talmud (400-700 CE) that claims “Sanhedrin 43a: “Jesus the Nazarene was hanged”. In Sanhedrin 107 we are told that Jesus (‘Yeshu’) “offended his teacher by paying too much attention to the inn-keeper’s wife. Jesus wished to be forgiven, but [his rabbi] was too slow to forgive him, and Jesus in despair went away and put up a brick [idol] and worshipped it.”
The first images of a Jesus (and Mary, and the Apostles) pictured him as a Black man. So, too, was Mary and his disciples pictured as Black people, which may have led light-colored Hebrews to rejecting him and his followers. The idea of a Black Madonna illustrates a text from the Song of Songs:
I am black but beautiful…”41
The revivalist and anti-Jewish campaign of the Reverend Dwight Moody also gained popularity in the 1870s. Moody traveled to cities regaling listeners with detailed stories about how the Jews killed Christ, including an incident in which Moody claimed a group of Jews gathered in Paris in 1873 to boast of killing the “Christian’s God.” Growing antisemitism encouraged a renewed interest in “Sunday Law” prosecutions which arrested Jews for doing business on Sundays.42
In the South, growing antisemitism took a more violent extrajudicial approach. In 1868, a Jewish store owner, Samuel Bierfield, was lynched along with his African-American clerk, Lawrence Bowman, in Tennessee.43 It was assumed both were killed by the KKK due to Bierfield being too friendly with Black people. No one was ever held accountable for their deaths. Samuel Fleishman was killed a year later in Florida supposedly because he defended Black people.44 Several newspapers blamed the murders on a new, rapidly growing organization of disaffected, white Southerners that called itself the Ku Klux Klan. “Lynch Law in Williamson County,” thundered the Nashville Press and Times.45 “Murderous outrage at Franklin,” reported the New York Times.46 The Jewish Messenger noted that “living in Tennessee can hardly be recommended.” Even Democratic newspapers admitted grudgingly that though Bierfield was “an earnest Union man, he was quite an inoffensive Gentleman.”
Antisemitic beliefs have festered and soared among some evangelical christians, especially the supporters or Donald J. Trump. Steven Anderson, a firebrand pastor of Faithful Word Baptist church in Arizona, has preached online that homosexuals should be executed,47 and was upset for being banned for the Netherlands,48 and shouts that “the Jews believe that it’s okay to steal from Gentiles.” Anderson screams: “Don’t expect anything contemporary or liberal. We are an old-fashioned, independent, fundamental, King James Bible only, soul-winning Baptist church,” it states on its website. “Don’t expect anything contemporary or liberal. We are an old-fashioned, independent, fundamental, King James Bible only, soul-winning Baptist church,” it states on its website.
Luba Yanko of Bensalem, Pennsylvania49, a devotee of Christian Life Center, an Assembly of God megachurch that has not a clue about what the Jesus of the gospels said or recognize that Jesus was a Jew,50 states that everything that is wrong with the USA is the fault of Jews. “Why do we have pro-abortion, pro-LGBTQ values, and we do not have more freedom to protect our faith? We are persecuted now,” Yanko says about evangelical Christians like herself. “[Jews] say, ‘We’ve got America. We control America.’ That’s what I know.”51 claiming Israelis “love him like he is the second coming of god” yet pushes antisemitic stereotypes, thinking he is praising Jews.52 Hint: Jews do not believe in a Second Coming. Jews wait for the First Coming. Root broadcasts form Newsmax: a neo-Nazi fake news station. This has pushed antisemitic crimes to leading to the most hate crimes of any religious group (62.4%).53. Republicans and the right are responsibly for most antisemitic crimes.54
Among the predatory preachers and pastors, Billy Graham55 and his son Franklin along with “Pat” Robertson (who never identified his Jesus as a Jew),56 and Jerry Falwell,57 usually head the list of antisemitic televangelists and pulpit pounders.58
Among white evangelical christians wed to a cyclical, volatile and dangerous form of apocalyptic christianity, antisemitic hatred for Jews59 runs hot from the mealy mouth of christian Ward Simpson. Simpson is upset because Jews will not convert to his tangled tempest of christianity. Christian exegetes have made it a central feature of their eschatology (what happens at the End Times), that the Jews will convert to Jesus at the very End, based on a (mis)reading of the gospel of Paul (Romans 11:25f).60 They believe that we all live in the Endtimes, when Jesus will return. Moreover, they interpret Romans 11:25 as meaning the Jews will or must convert just before Jesus’ return. It is an injunction to learn and no be ignorant. It does not prophesize that Gentiles (non-Hebrews) will become the chosen people; it is a declaration that all Hebrews (“all Israel”) will be saved. It is a reflection that the writer was first and only a Jew: “For I am, too, an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham.”61 Ward Simpson then asks: “You want to see the great revival? It begins with the Jewish people’s eyes being opened.”62 The conversion of the Jews will bring the Second Coming.” (I rejoin: Is this where I can laugh out loud?)

Verantwoordelijk bewindsman Mark Harbers heeft maatregelen genomen om de inreis van Steven Anderson te voorkomen, meldt hij aan de Tweede Kamer. - That is neither what it says nor is it what the Greek means. Simpson has no knowledge or understanding of the ancient Greek nor Aramaic. A basic translation is: For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. It suggests that Gentiles (non-Hebrews) will be converted: λεγω ουν μη απωσατο ο θεος τον λαον αυτου μη γενοιτο και γαρ εγω ισραηλιτης ειμι εκ σπερματος αβρααμ φυλης βενιαμιν 2 ουκ απωσατο ο θεος τον λαον αυτου ον προεγνω η ουκ οιδατε εν ηλια τι λεγει η γραφη ως εντυγχανει τω θεω κατα του ισραηλ λεγων. ↩

Art, that is a beautiful pic of you and C in your (enviable) library.
I luv the pic of Pence and hunkyman. Is there anyone left on this planet who still thinks Mike Pence isn’t both gay and in denial about it?
Luv you guys,
P-Dog
Pence and all Southern Baptists (and most conservatives) are in denials about a lot of things: it comes with their religion of lies. Like Donald Trump denying his rape of women and children when their are public records is not startling any more than Becki Falwell loving oral sex with teenagers–the hypocrisy comes when they are caught (like Jerry Falwell claiming he only watched) I was going to expand on it (especially Becki’s blunt statement about her oral fixation, but worried about offending sensitive readers with the graphic way she actually said it as I did not want your goodwife to think I have a sewer mouth); it will all be documented. I feel sorry for student who attend any Southern Baptist university as they not only do not get a quality education, but are brainwashed into believing their religion requires them to forgo even basic human need.
