Josef Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) and Crimes Against Humanity

An outspoken enemy of human rights and individual choice, former NAZI youth leader Josef Aloisius Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI) has boldly distanced himself ahead of and in front of Der Fuehrer Adolf Hitler by disallowing dissent, banning any writing that does not conform to the unholy Inquisition, and relegating women to a subordinate role (read here and here and here and here and here and here and here and here). Benedict XVI is unable to express himself clearly or to offer a single message of hope, recognition, inspiration, or education. 

Ratzinger seeks indoctrination in total stupidity, arrogance, and ignorance–not education of the people.  The German pope is in the world of Augustine of Hippo.  He struggles to answer the problems of this world based on ancient philosophy–especially in areas of health and health care.  This is especially true when it comes to women and the LGBT community.

In January 2011, the former NAZI youth leader, Josef Ratzinger confused many of his cult’s followers with his lack of even basic understanding of science or medicine by suggesting condoms might be acceptable for male prostitutes (read here and here), but not for HIV protection in general.  Like the self-styled evangelists terrorizing Nigeria, Sudan, Uganda and the USA, Ratzinger argues that HIV affects only gay males.

This audacious papal ignorance rejects the established fact that HIV is most common among females in sub-Sahara Africa and the Carribean (53%) due to gender inequality, discrimination, and stigma–and the lack of and use of condoms especially among Roman Catholics.  HIV and AIDS spreads most rapidly with the use of illicit drugs consumed in desperation by women and men who see no hope for a better future.

Women (and young girls) are especially blamed for the disease, are abused, and even killed, with the blessing of the priests in their illiterate communities; many pass HIV and AIDS (SIDA in Spanish) on to their unborn and are told by parasite priests and evangelical pandering preachers that they cannot have an abortion even if the pregnancy leads to the host’s death.  This disease has many effects on women, including:

• Added responsibilities of caring for sick family members
• Loss of property if they become widowed and/or infected
• Violent abuse when people find out about their HIV status
• Murder especially in religiously controlled nations such as New Guinea and island nations.

Biologically women are twice more likely to become infected with HIV through unprotected heterosexual intercourse than men. In many countries women are less likely to be able to negotiate condom use and are more likely to be subjected to non-consensual sex (Allen. C.F et al (2006, September) ‘Sexually transmitted infection service use and risk factors for HIV infection among female sex workers in Georgetown, Guyana’, Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes, 43 (1): 96-101).  Contrary to the US Catholic Bishops Conference, heterosexual sex (sex between a male and female) is the most common way of getting HIV (or mode of transmission) among women in the US.

The second highest rate of HIV/AIDS is among heterosexual males.  Lesbians have the lowest percentage of HIV/AIDS.  Lesbians with the disease contract it from bisexual women. Ratzinger does not take any of this information as fact.  Like his predecessor, the German pope believes that HIV and AIDS are a sign of sin.  When parishoners, priests, and even a few brave bishops in sub-Saharah Africa, the Caribbean, and the USA have called for condoms for those who are sexually active, the German in the Vatican is like the ghoul in Lima, and flatly says “No!” claiming, without scientific foundation, that condoms spread AIDS and “aggravates the crisis.”  For Ratzinger, the only solution is sexual abstinence and fidelity within marriage–that has never worked or was proven successful. 

Within one week after making his outlandish comments on HIV/AIDS, the NAZI Youth Leader gay marriage penalizes traditional couples and distorts the true nature of the family: to have more babies, even though the world’s resources are limited as is space, fresh water, clean air to breathe, and housing. The Pope said, “forms of unions, which distort the essence and purpose of the family end up penalising those who, with much effort, commit themselves to living a life whose bonds are marked by stable intimacy, have juridical guarantees and are recognised publicly”; yet, only 25% of all households are run by two-parents of opposite gender.  

Ratzinger has neither empathy nor sympathy for any woman raped. He is indifferent to callousedly cruel when he, like other miscreant ministers of the faith insist that a woman carry a fertilized ova or a zygote or developing fetal tissue that is the product of rape.  The pope has no understanding of the psychological effects of rape. Not only must the woman carry unwanted fetal tissue that breeds in her psychology a painful burden remembrances of the rape, but ordered to keep the fetus until it is either expelled naturally or is removed when it is proven to be biologically dead in the uterus, or is forced out during the birthing process or with Cesarean dislodgment.

The pope’s stand is popular in Roman Catholic countries ruled by dictators that were propped up or installed by the Vatican, as with the fascist dictatorship of General Francisco Franco that ended with his death in 1975. During Franco’s rule, however, the Vatican ruled the nation and made life for women a living hell. It is Ratzinger’s goal to turn back the hands of time and restore the nightmare of the medieval church. There is, fortunately, open defiance in Ratzinger’s church. Male bishops have ordained female priests, sanctioned same-sex marriages, and have called for the right of choice.

Feigned attempts to hide his secret agenda to destroy democracy worldwide, the tyrant of the Vatican has tapped Archbishop J. Peter Sartain of Washington State to soldier a growing militant army of papal devotees to attack what Benedict sees as an open mutiny against the usurpation of the Holy See. Benedict needed someone without empathy and with as little ascertainment as he exercises.  He found his man in one of the worse prelates to preach in the Roman Catholic Church.

Sartain was appointed to the post of chief head-knocker by the unholy father Ratzinger because of his high-profile resistance to marriage equality, insisting that same-sex couples were inherently different from opposite-sex partners and therefore did not need to be treated equally. Sartain is not just mouthing arguments but is actively engaged in secretly bankrolling (using Roman Catholic church tithes) Referendum 74 to get it on the ballot for a November vote against equality. Acting identical to a NAZI Storm Trooper, the archbishop has made it clear that no church in Washington was to refuse to get out the vote against equality and commanded priests, brothers and nuns ex cathedra to speak out against equality from pulpits and at all public meetings to gain signatures for the Referendum. Six courageous Catholic parishes refused—with their congregations greeting the news with a standing ovation.

There remain some Roman Catholics in Washington State with intelligence, an understanding of the true meaning of the word democracy, and the courage of conviction to fight the evil slurry swilling from the Vatican. The predatory prelate Sartain slavishly savors each moment in attacking American nuns who are not openly critical of those who teach the children of same-sex parents without public criticism.

Sartain finds suicides among the “sinners” (homosexual youth) to be his god’s will, and rejects the talk of married male priests and women as priests. Sartain believes, like any fundamental pentecostal, that women must “toe the line” and give way to men.  In a speech early this year, Cardinal Raymond Burke, head of the Vatican’s highest court, decried “the public and obstinate betrayal of religious life by certain religious.”   Burke, identical in thinking matching Adolf Hitler and his Kinder, Küche, Kirche, and the most monsterous misogynist in the Vatican’s twisted history demanded sanctions “and serious steps” be taken against women who do not show “modesty” and “preference” to the alleged wisdom of men.  In this regard Burke and Sartain are equal to the odious opportunist from Germany who slithered into the Vatican decades ago with the secret aspiration of taking control of the imaginary keys to the kingdom of the New Testament Jesus–who, in his autobiography saw himself as a bishop–and with the prodding of siblings–a cardinal while only age 5.

Josef Ratzinger, as Benedict XVI has ranted publically about American Roman Catholic nuns promoting “radical feminist themes incompatible with the [Roman] Catholic faith.” While Ratzinger commands that all bishops and priests condemn same-sex marriages and unions claiming that such tolerance “undermines humanity itself”.  Ratzinger said nothing about the pandora box bulging with pedophile priests undermining humanity, the family, or the mental health of the young girls and boys sexually molested and raped by clergy: priests, brothers, bishops and nuns).  The NAZI pope has gone on a raving rampage against women as minions of evil in a manner similar to the Norwegian mass murderer.

Ratzinger’s knowledge of feminist themes in Christianity is zero.  He ignores the early female bishops in the Christian communities (cf. 2 John 1: Ὁ πρεσβύτερος ἐκλεκτῇ κυρίᾳ καὶ τοῖς τέκνοις αὐτῆς, οὓς ἐγὼ ἀγαπῶ ἐν ἀληθείᾳ, καὶ οὐκ ἐγὼ μόνος ἀλλὰ καὶ πάντες οἱ ἐγνωκότες τὴν ἀλήθειαν; the translation of a “chosen lady” is presbyter or bishop and in both cases it means “leader”), the role of women as priests as late as the fifteenth century in Spain, and elsewhere, while praising the “modesty” of the “Virgin Mary” who is but a replica of the goddess Isis who ancient Egyptians portrayed with the moon at her feet and stars circling her head.  What the Vatican and its current occupant deliberately ignores is the stylized image of “a woman” wearing an

ecclesiastical pallium: a cloth reserved only for priests and bishops.  This image appears at

Ratzinger has repeatedly ignored cries for him to step down as pope and has disregarded the charges of his crimes against humanity as anything more than a whimsical outcry by the disgruntled who filed the complaints at the World Court in the Hague. Ratzinger’s own senior advisor’s advisor on “reaching out to youth” to inspire religious vocations, who is HIV positive (it originally appeared in the Italian La Stampa). Father Riccardo Seppia, a former seminarian and barman is accused of exchange cocaine for sexual intercourse with boys over 18, has been arrested in a pedophile sting in his quest to secure boys under the age of fourteen, and complaints are now ledged that the pope himself is a pedophile.

The Vatican fought back against the police investigation with Cardinal William Levada, the head of the Congregation of the Faith (formerly headed by Ratzinger and overseen by John Paul II) declaring that child abuse cases within the Church “belongs in the first place to bishops”, blaming the victims for having committed the “sin”, despite the fact that many bishops are under investigation for pedophile with youth under age 13. Father Seppia was “suspended” but not disciplined nor discharged.

The Vatican, like the illiterate former US Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) and numerous current US Senators and organized hate groups, claim that the crime is “the sixties” when laxity became a part of contemporary society—and indirectly blamed John XXIII for creating a “spirit of modernism” with the calling of Vatican II and doing away with the rigid codex of the fascist church of Pius XII that still has a stranglehold on the cardinals who will continue to elect miscreants to the Chair of Peter. The reason more boys than girls were/are abused is because priests, bishops and more than half of the cardinals (with the highest concentration being in Latin America) have easier access to young boys than to young girls. What the report shows is that pedophile was not exclusively among gay priests, but was equally prevalent among heterosexual priests, while the number of gay priests involved in pedophilia actually decreased in the 1970s and onward, while heterosexual priests and bishops increased their molestation of both genders, the hearing and physically impaired as well as those with terminal diseases. This should come as no surprise when the papacy was known to be a hotbed for child abuse since the revelation of Pope Julius III’s toy boy and “chamberlain of the papal bedroom” was brought in to “serve” the pope while a pre-teenager until he was in his early twenties when he was made a cardinal. As the John Jay College of Criminal Justice researchers reported in 2004, being funded by the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, “vulnerabilities, in combination with situational stresses and opportunities” raise the risk of abuse.”

The arrogance, duplicity, and cover-up by Benedict XVI has led to charges of crimes against humanity, with the note complaining that “The Pope, along with other top Vatican officials, ‘tolerate and enable the systematic and widespread concealing of rape and child sex crimes throughout the world.’ The complaint was filed by the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP) and the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), a New York City-based organization.”  Lawyers for the victims say that rape, sexual violence and torture are considered as crimes against humanity as described in the international treaty that spells out the court’s mandate.

As of September 13, 2011, over 9000 complaints have been filed against the German pope and against the Curia in Rome and the Vatican in general. Benedict’s crimes against humanity go beyond pedophilia.

In the USA, the rogue Pope has unwavering support from the Catholic League’s Bill Donohue who argues that victims do not exist—but that pedophile claims are mere attacks upon the sanctity of Mother Church, and that there are no true victims but “professional victims,” who are ”a pitiful bunch of malcontents”. Donahue, who has next to zero knowledge of the history of the Roman Catholic church annually publishes an ad in support of pedophile priests in The New York Times at a minimum cost of $52,030, as and who helps himself to a salary over $340,000 a year to spew hatred. The Catholic league is basically a one-man organization: Donahue. 

It is supported by the most devious denizen within the Vatican and frequently referenced many young men in New York City as a pedophile, archbishop Timothy Dolan.  Dolan, draconically, argues that there are no true pedophile victims. Benedict XVI has an unfavorable rating of 65% of Americans, and 35% among Roman Catholics, leading the Vatican to whine before the UN Council on Human Affairs that the Roman Catholic Church and the Pope are being vilified by critics for its anti-gay stand. Archbishop Silvano Tomasi complained that the Roman Catholic Church should be treated as a person and that “These attacks [by its critics] are violations of fundamental

human rights and cannot be justified under any circumstances”.  The Vatican’s complaint came on the same day the Obama administration introduced a declaration to the UN that calls for improved treatment and protections for LGBT people internationally. That declaration already has more than 80 cosponsors. In the USA, a majority of Roman Catholics support same-sex marriages.

Taking a leaf from Adolf Hitler’s book Mein Kampf, the Vatican and Benedict XVI argue that international pedophile scandal and attacks on Mother Church were the result of homosexuality and Jews.  Bishop Giacomo Babini, age 83 (b. February 22, 1929), had the audacity to proclaim Jews to be “Christ killers” in keeping with medieval Catholicism’s calumny (read here; cp. here) even though this predatory prelate has frequently been denounced as a pervert. Babini’s bellow matched the mincing of Martin Luther in the sixteenth century when the former Augustinian monk wrote feverishly against the Jews and became the spiritual grandfather to Adolf Hitler with his publication of Von den Jüden und jren Lügen where the Protestant “reformer” described the Jews of medieval Germany as a “base, whoring people, that is, no people of God, and their boast of lineage, circumcision, and law must be accounted as filth.” Luther wrote that the Jews were “full of the devil’s feces … which they wallow in like swine,” and the synagogue was an “incorrigible whore and an evil slut”.

Once that Babini’s words were reprinted worldwide, the bishop now claims his words were taken out of context.  For his protestation he won the admiration and backing of the curia that long had harbored hatred for the ancestors of the New Testament Jesus.  Unfortunately for the Vatican and its supporters, there existed reporters who kept the original comments, and released them as  evidence to prove the opposite of the preachificatorial pastor and to counter his slanderous and calloused claim.  Babini was quickly exposed as the fraud that he is today–a man with marginal intelligence, little linguistic ability, and a modern day man filled with hate surpassing that of the ministers of the New Apostolic Reformation.

Babini, like Benedict XVI who said in a year-end message in 2010 to his Cardinals, “In the 1970s, pedophilia was theorized as something fully in conformity with man and even with children” and added that pedophilia wasn’t even considered an “absolute evil” (read here and here).  Babini has a long, unbroken history of lying and Jew-hatred.  The choice for future cardinals had to match their own self-loathing, and one was close at hand and oversaw one of the richest and largest dioceses in the world:  New York City.  To this end, Josef Ratzinger elevated Timothy Dolan, archbishop of New York, to the cardinalte. 

Dolan had earlier succeeded Roman Catholic Archbishop Rembert G. Weakland of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Weakland had been a popular administrator and a man who saw in that which was modern a good deal of beauty and good.  Unfortunately, Weakland had two weaknesses:  the first was his desire to rebuild the church that would meet the needs of the modern community of believers, and offer them churches matching the times, and the second was a strong attraction to and interest in young males.  He ultimately confessed to having had sex with at least one underage male and paid him $425,000 (the victim, Paul J. Marcoux, claims that the amount was $450,000) out of the Church tithings to avoid a lawsuit  to protect himself, based in many ways after his letter penned in 1984 to the nuns of Milwaukee in which Weakland had threatened nuns in the archdiocese with a lawsuit if they wrote anything libelous about pedophile priests.

Weakland had been vilified by the Vatican for being “too modernistic” especially in destroying old artifacts in favor of new art.  Jorge Arturo Augustin Cardinal Medina Estévez Prefect Emeritus of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments Cardinal-Priest of San Saba objected to the new construction, noting: “…it would seem to this congregation that the ancient and venerable high altar together with its baldacchino should be retained, given also that it is a most suitable location for the reservation of the Most Blessed Sacrament.”

 Weakland responded, writing “We are not a corporation with head offices in Rome … it is my obligation to insist on the rights and duties of the local bishop in the Catholic Church“.  That was Weakland’s greatest mea culpa.

Dolan replaced Weakland, and stayed closeted in his private life, but was a vocal defender of Roman Catholicism.  Dolan fought proposed legislation that would have lifted the statute of limitations on child rape, in part because of accusations against Dolan and various Wisconsin priests, and in response of the rising problems within the Roman Catholic Church in Massachusetts where pedophile priests were regularly called down by their victims. Dolan, like all conservative prelates in the Roman Catholic Church blame the victims of sexual attacks and see the priests as those victimized.

Dolan, Benedict XVI, and the majority of new Cardinals in the Roman Catholic Church, especially the closeted Juan Luis Cipriani Thorne (who was accused of murdering his predecessor, but the evidence was, as many Peruvians expected, suppressed by the Vatican—most notably by Ratzinger) of Lima, Perú. 

Cipriani Thorne tartly espouses and expresses rank homophobia at every opportunity, equating homosexuals in Peru with human feces. Cipriani Thorne’s passionate pasttime is to waft wretched words against those “liberation theologians” who do not support him (the Perú Council of Bishops refused to elect him as their leader) that, by all measurements, tests, and psychiatric research, is a cover for latent homosexuality as found in the homophobia of latent lesbians such as Michele

Bachmann (R-MN), cardinals Dolan and Cipriani Thorne, and Fox News commentators Pat Buchanan, Glenn Beck, and most dangerous of all: Monica Crowley and her lesbian taunt (every word and movement by Monica Crowley of Fox News can easily be identified with the stereotyped lesbian with severe psychological problems in desperate treatment by a competent psychiatrist). Fox News now is synonymous with distortion and fabrication in its overreach to twist truth and manipulate messages to the satisfaction of the Murdochs clan that controls the thinking of the unthinking and poorly educated population in the USA.

Censorship is a daily diet on Ratzinger’s plate at the table at which he says mass.  Free speech is not permitted in the Vatican, even though it is a standard right in all free nations, for the Vatican defines “free speech” as enhancing the words of Augustine and Aquinas, Fathers of the Church, and past papal papers and established church doctrine: the canon of the church.  The absense of freedom of speech, expression, thought, and a free speech is but one more charge against the German pope for violating basic human rights.  Ratzinger defends his unholy offices of Faith and Inquisition as if he were the Grand Inquisitor seeking out false Christs. Ratzinger is convinced that he alone is in charge of protect the “faith”.

Ratzinger does not come out against injustice, pedophile priests, theft among clergy, rape of nuns, or other atrocities. The main goal of Ratzinger is to stifle (if not to destroy absolutely) dissent. To make certain that the mythology of the past is maintained in its most grotesque appearance, the celebrity priest Father Brian D’Arcy the latest member of the Catholic clergy in Ireland to be censored by the Vatican and Ratzinger.

D’Arcy writes a column for the Sunday World and was ordered to submit anything he writes to church censors. The Northern Ireland based cleric has frequently criticized the structure of the church in Ireland and its stand on contraception.  D’Arcy has argued that the church must allow women to be priests, and priests must have the right to marry. The Roman Catholic Church attempts to cover up the Biblical account that Peter, the alleged first pope, was married.

Another priest who is subjected to “oversight” equal to that of the medieval Inquisition in Spain is Father Tony Flannery, founder of the Association of Catholic Priests.  Flannery is chastised for having “too liberal views” that are unacceptable to Benedict XVI and the pope’s 1944 mindset. Flannery’s monthly column in Redemptorist Reality is now “shelved”.  Flannery, a popular author and retreat director who had given retreats throughout Ireland and had won many former Roman Catholics back to the Roman Catholic Church, came under Vatican suspicion when he publicly voiced support for opening up debates around the ordination of women, a change to the church’s ban on artificial birth control and an end to mandatory celibacy. Flannery provoked dismay among senior Irish bishops when he publicly backed Prime Minister Enda Kenny’s 2011 attack on the Vatican in the wake of the report into the mishandling of clerical abuse in the Cloyne diocese. Kenny accused the Vatican of “dysfunction,” “disconnection,” “elitism” and “narcissism.” Flannery described the speech as “wonderful.”

Flannery was not alone.  Capuchin Father Owen O’Sullivan also fell foul of the doctrinal congregation in late 2010 after he published an article suggesting that homosexuality is “simply a facet of the human condition.”

Ratzinger’s inquisition has gone even further by denouncing most religious orders of nuns as devoting too much time and work to societal and social justice issues and not enough time is spent on teaching the official Roman Catholic religion. Ratzinger and the Vatican, obviously, never read Matthew 25:34-40. 

The arrogance and ignorance of Ratzinger and the Curia of the Vatican has brought the Church in Northern Ireland to the point of collapse. Instead of correcting the problem, riding the church of pedophile priests, and abandoning the unhistorical mythology that engulfs the Roman Catholic Church in Ireland, Ratzinger is busy silencing priests and demanding, autocratically, absolute obedience to his will.  Outside of a lukewarm apology for the numerous decades of clerical abuse of young girls and boys, the rape of women and some men by Ireland’s Roman Catholic priests and brothers, Ratzinger said nothing.  His journey left increased bitterness among the Irish that had, in the past, been the strongeset pillar of the Roman Catholic Church. Ratzinger did more damage than good. Many priests openly state that they doubt there will be any Roman Catholics in Northern Ireland by 2020.

The censuring of the six Irish priests give a definitive lie to the falsehoods of Benedict XVI especially when he made a fervent plea for freedom of expression during his visit in 2012 to Cuba. Fidel Castro asked the best question of the pontiff: “What do you do?”  The papacy had become meaningless, the popes had turned to prayer instead of working in the crowded housing of the poor; no pope had been outside the Vatican for a journey for his diocese for nearly two hundred years.

Cubans knew that what the German pope wants is the indoctrination of Roman Catholicism and the suppression of free thought and expression and the unbridled conduct of inquiry that would expose the false foundation of Ratzinger’s Roman Catholicism that Benedict left in Ireland. 

Benedict has become more of a plight on science than even the nefarious John Paul II who ordered Stephen Hawking of Cambridge University not to seek, scientifically, the answer of how “creation” [the world] began–the pontiff claiming that his god had created the universe.  Hawking candidly has stated that a personal god is not necessary; Hawking was Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge (a post he held for thirty years) until his retirement in 2011, a post previously held by Isaac Newton. On January 17, 2007 in London, England, Hawking delivered one of his most direct lectures on why there is no need for a heaven, a hell, nor a god–a monologue that the Roman Catholic Church condemned attempting to silence all science that refutes or exposes the simplicity of the Bible and papal pronouncements.  Ratzinger was angry and reacted with hostility.  He turned to Augustine of Hippo to squelch any dissent, claiming that the Bible was without error (read here; cp. here and here on the “Big Bang”).

Ratzinger had a long history of taking charge of situations.  He was, at the age of 13, a Hitler Youth, and wore its insignia to win recognition.  He chose to enter the seminary in quest, as he would write later, a better life–hoping to be a cardinal so he could wear better shoes, ride in a big car, and control people.

As a young seminarian, Ratzinger had been accused of “sexual irregularities” but his bishop, Michael von Faulhaber archbishop of Munich (who was the primary negotiator between Hitler and the Vatican; cf. Hubert Wolf, Hubert (2010), Pope and Devil: the Vatican’s archives and the Third Reich, Boston, MA, USA: Harvard University Press, pp. 89-90), who ordered the German clergy to support the Nazi government (Lewy, Guenter (2000) The Catholic Church and Nazi Germany. New York: Da Capo Press; p. 41) silenced Ratzinger’s “detractors”—in much the same way the future John Paul II would be protected from “allegations” while a seminarian in Poland, and would protect pedophile priests as pope.

In Ratzinger’s first autobiography, he admitted that he was bored with studies, and found his having to share space with other students to be intolerable (Ratzinger, Josef (1988). Milestones: Memoirs 1927-1977, San Francisco, CA, USA: Ignatius Press, pp. 25-27). In 1944, Ratzinger enlisted in the Landsturm. The Landsturm were troops “of the last hour” and were comprised of the young and “the less young,” and fathers of families who, after a summary training and with light armament, were generally employed in the defense of fixed points (i.e., streams, bridges, etc.). Child abuse was common, and while officially and by Reichstag legislation prohibited, it was overlooked—and commonly practiced by the clergy who had access to young girls and boys. Ratzinger was privy to this information—and said nothing.

Ratzinger turned to “faith” and sought out absolutes allegedly given with the “Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven” (an ancient Egyptian proverb and phrase indicating gates leading to union with the Blessed Trinity of Isis, Osiris and Horus and a subordinate trinity later with ISis-Ra-El, the goddess, the god of the sun, and the Master or Husband) to St. Peter. He had various teachers, some “liberal” [i.e. “modern”] and others who were traditionalist and literalists. Ratzinger is a throw-back to the Dark Ages, countering even his “blessed” John Paul II who claimed that Hell was a state of the human mind.  Ratzinger ranted in 2007: “Hell is a place where sinners really do burn in an everlasting fire, and not just a religious symbol designed to galvanise the faithful.  Hell “really exists and is eternal, even if nobody talks about it much any more” (Sunday Times ([London, UK] April 14, 2007: ).  Benedict’s claim that there is a real firey hell is in direct contradiction to John Paul II’s address to the general audience of 8,500 people at the Vatican on July 28, 1999, during which time the pontiff preached that the Scriptural references to hell and the images portrayed by Scripture are only symbolic and figurative of “the complete frustration and emptiness of life without God. Rather than a physical place, hell is the state of those who freely and definitively separate themselves from God, the source of all life and joy.” Hell, John Paul II noted, is “a condition resulting from attitudes and actions which people adopt in this life.” Concerning the concept of eternal damnation, the pope said, “Damnation consists precisely in definitive separation from God, freely chosen by the human person, and confirmed with death that seals his choice for ever.” The only “Christian authority” (but definitely not a follower of the Jesus of the New Testament whom he never saw) was Saul of Tarsus (he does not appear in the New Testament until The Acts of the Apostles (Acts) 13:9 and has no historical recognition before 107 CE) that later apologists for the invented “catholic” [universal] church (or community) of Constantine I at his Council of Nicea in 325 CE (cf. Hebrews 6:1-2, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, etc. that have nothing to support these absurd claims in any of the Gospels: Matthew 13:41, 42; 18:8, 9; 25:41-46; Luke 16:19-31 are later day additions, and have no equal in the Gospels of Mark or John).

Ratzinger has close ties to the rich–a goal he aspired to obtain as a child at the age of five when he first saw a wealthy German bishop step out of his car in brightly polished boots.  This came to the foreground when Ratzinger Cardinal Ratzinger penned the encyclical Dominus Jesu that John Paul II attached his papal signature to in order to give it authenticity.  Dominus Jeusu is unequivocal in its rank and pathetic claim that “Out side the Catholic Church there is no salvation”.  When Protestant Christians protested that they were left out of the Catholic salvation to Heaven, the smug pope and smiling cardinal remained silent, but when the Jesuit Jon Sobrino soon penned “Outside the poor there is no salvation” meaning without service to the poor of Christ and with only one’s mere words of charity, there is no salvation.  Not long after the essay was released, the Jesuit Sobrino was officially “silenced” by Cardinal Ratzinger and forbidden to teach in Catholic universities and Catholic venues because Liberation Theology theologians like Sorbino challenged the wealthy monarchial lifestyle of the Pope living in the Vatican Palaces amidst wealth and out-of-touch with reality.  Benedict XVI, like John Paul II, does not represent in any fashion the Jesus of the New Testament who had no place to rest his head, unlike the papal apartments in the Vatican or on the papal jets (Luke 9:58), had not elegant dishes prepared for him but ate the raw grain in the field (Mark 2:23), ate with tax collectors, the poor, and those hated by the wealthy (Matthew 9:10; cp. the conclave in the fictional account Name of the Rose by Umberto Ecco, San Diego, CA, USA: Harcourt, Brace, Jovanovich, 1983 (original name is Nome della rosa; it is also a video produced by Videomax in Mexico City), and rejected fine clothing and titles (Luke 4:14 ff).  Benedict XVI is as much a holy man as John Paul II is a saint; they are, as Proverbs 30:2 states: כִּי בַעַר אָנֹכִי מֵאִישׁ וְלֹא־בִינַת אָדָם לִי׃: the two most ignominious men in papal history.

While the Jesus of the New Testament never required temples or churchs, but claimed “where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I” (Matthew 18:20: οὗ γὰρ εἰσιν δύο ἢ τρεῖς συνηγμένοι εἰς τὸ ἐμὸν ὄνομα, ἐκεῖ εἰμι ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν), Ratzinger like all popes before him after the fourth century have required fortunes be laid out to build worthless structures that were occupied only by the Blessed Sacrament, and today millions are wasted on the construction of churches while the poor sleep on streets or in boxes or, in Latin America, in mud-brick (adobe) huts.  To this end Ratzinger, like the fallen-hero bishop of Milwaukee, calls for the construction of more churches, chapels, and cathedrals.

While Ratzinger initially read with breadth and earnestly attempted to know that which other theologians refused to read and rejected in ignorance, he ultimately went to the dark side of blind faith, and ignored the words of Albert Einstein who rejected the question “Which God?” when Einstein wrote: “It is the sense of mystery, mingled with fear, which begot religion…I cannot conceive of a God who rewards and punishes his creatures and who exercises a will like that which we exert over ourselves. I can neither conceive nor desire that an individual might survive his physical death. Let weak souls, whether from fear or self-centeredness, fortify themselves by such ideas. For me, the mystery of the eternity of life, the consciousness of and insight into the admirable structure of the world in which we live are enough, as is the unceasing effort needed to comprehend even the slightest particle of the Reason which is manifest in nature” (Einstein, Albert. Anthologie, in Silvio Bergia, Einstein e la relativita, Bari, Roma: Laterza, 1980, p.164; in Italian).
