Trump Supporters Threaten Judges, Elected Officials, and the Constitution In Worshipping Trump

52-year-old New York resident Frank Caporusso is set to spend the next year-and-a-half in jail after he left a voicemail for Judge Emmet Sullivan1

Judge Emmet Sullivan

over his handling of Michael Flynn’s2 criminal trial.3 “We are trained military people,” Caporusso told Sullivan. “We will be on rooftops. You will not be safe. A hot piece of lead will cut through your skull… Back out of this bullshit before it’s too late, or we’ll start cutting down your staff. This is not a threat. This is a promise.”4 U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee, will preside over Caporusso’s criminal trial. If convicted as charged, the defendant faces up to 15 years in prison.

Brendan Hunt threatened to kill AOC and said he wanted to stab a child

Brendan Hunt, 37, a Fordham University graduate who had an administrative job in New York state court system5 before his arrest, is a vocal Trump supporter who called for killing members of Congress days after the Jan. 6 insurrection, was found guilty Wednesday of making a death threat against elected officials. His prosecution in Brooklyn federal court has been seen as a test of how far violent speech can go before it crosses a line into criminality and comes as such politically charged rhetoric on social media has come under increasing scrutiny. Hunt claimed the nation had a “Zionist occupied government,” according to court papers.6 He was arrested Jan. 19, a day before President Biden’s inauguration, after the FBI received a tip about his video, titled “KILL YOUR SENATORS: Slaughter them all,” posted on BitChute, a hosting site popular with far-right conservatives. Hunt is also a New York resident, living in Queens. Hunt’s has deeply rooted racist, anti-Semitic and xenophobic beliefs.7 He demonstrated a fixation with Adolf Hitler and Nazism, and evidence showing he used degrading language to describe immigrants and wanted to move to a “Red State” where he could find “a suitable white pro-American mate” to have children with, and used slurs for Black people, Jews, Asians and Latinos to describe the New York City’s diverse population. He desperately wanted to stab “a child.” Hunt used the alias “X-ray Ultra” to post social media messages calling for firing squads for top elected Democrats.8

Senator Debbie Stabenow of Michigan

Daniel Thompson, 63, of Harrison Michigan sought to assassinate Senator Debbie Stabenow and Representative Elissa Slotkin because of Trump losing the election.9 and said there would be violence if the election results were not changed. On June 9, 2021, Thompson pleads guilty to the charges of threatening elected officials.10 Thompson identified himself as a Republican and stated that he joined a Michigan militia and that there would be violence if the election results were not changed. In an email to Stabenow’s office, he reiterated the threatening remarks and used vulgar language.11 Like Thompson, Clinton Stewart, 43, of Douglas, Georgia, was charged with one count of malicious use of service provided by a telecommunications service provider, a six-month misdemeanor and/or a $1,000 fine.[.1 https://www.clickondetroit.com/news/local/2021/02/23/2-charged-for-making-threats-to-michigan-public-officials-over-election-results/. Gretchen Whitmer, and U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Bay Area CA domestic terrorist Robert Lemke

No state was exempt from having produced domestic terrorists who sought to overturn the Constitution and execute Vice President Mike Pence (R-IN) and members of Congress. 35-year-old Robert Lemke, of San Francisco, remains in jail waiting trial on federal charges in New York.12 In one threat, Lemke wrote that Biden would not be inaugurated and claimed to be part of “underground communication networks” that had been planning for months. It’s terrorism. That’s the word for it,”

US Attorney Kevin Rubino

U.S. Attorney Kevin Rubino said. “It’s violent intimidation in pursuit of political aims.”13  The domestic terrorists work for hours in white christian church basements, in private homes, and in club to formulate violent actions against the sitting government they feared would not declare Trump the winner in 202014 claiming that  violence was necessary to “stop the steal.”14

Texas Governor Greg Abbott, an unabashed racist, wants to keep Mexicans out of the state.

Texas Governor Abbott and Texas Republican legislators demanded action that would favor Trump. Furthering the systemic racism in Texas16, Abbott and Paxton encouraged Texas to challenge the election results in four key states received backing from more than 100 House Republicans. The Supreme Court threw out the lawsuit,17 ruling that Texas lacked the legal authority to litigate over how other states conduct elections. Because Texas, Georgia, Florida, were losing in courts, these states joined other fascist states like Iowa, Alabama, and Mississippi, to legislate against voting made easier for Blacks and other people of color enacting 28 new laws that restrict access to voting, with Iowa being among the worst fascist states in the nation.18 Texas Republicanazis want to keep Latinos “and other colored people” out of Texas: but 39.7% of the Texas population in Latino/Hispanic, and the number is growing. 2.1% of Texans are two or more races. 0.1% Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islanders. Caucasians (white people, not Hispanic or Latino) make up only 41.2% and that is expected to be eclipsed in a few years (the Hispanic population grew by 2 million in the past decade),19  with more than 50% of all the people of all races being women.20 The fast growing groups/races in Texas are Asians (49%), Hispanics (20%), Blacks (19%), with Whites only accounting for 4%–making the racists in Texas (the majority are Republicanazis) upset and turning to white supremacist groups including the KKK21 and American Nazi movement.22

Iowa Gov Reynolds and Donald J. Trump

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, a strong supporter of Trump, delighted in signing new restrictions on voting, and shortening Iowa’s early and Election Day voting.23 The law cuts Iowa’s early voting period from 29 days to 20. Polls will now close at 8 p.m. for state and federal elections instead of 9 p.m. It significantly tightens the rules for when absentee ballots must be received by county auditors in order to be counted. Ballots must now arrive by the time polls close in order to be counted. Previously, ballots placed in the mail the day before Election Day could be counted as long as they arrived by noon the following Monday.24 Iowa, under Republicanazis

Pottsville, Iowa KKK

control of the legislature, has its own problem with far-right groups, like the Iowa KKK (headquartered in Boone, Iowa), Iowa’s white christian evangelicals that want to hang anyone who is not like them who feed on the gospel of hate preached by Southern Baptist preacher Mike Huckabee and Bob Vanderplatts who charged up to $1 million for his political endorsement,25 and American Nazis who creep out of Charles City, Iowa.26 It is not uncommon to see the Nazi flag unfurled today near or on a Trump for President sign in Iowa Falls, Eldora, or other farming communities. The KKK has been busy protesting alien Mexican labor at meat plants without bothering themselves to apply for the jobs that only severely impoverished people, like Hispanics, apply for.

Steve King (R-IA) endorses white supremacy

Until 2020, the Fourth Congressional District being “represented” by the bellicose Steve King had a near monopoly on hate but after Randy Feenstra toppled King and went on to win the election in 2920, the district is even more openly filled with hate and bitter racism against Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and LGBTQIA+ people. A few churches welcome the outcast but they feel the sting from parishioners and businesses in their community who withhold funds and frequently deface property.27

Vandals defaced the artwork and property of an Iowa man who displayed paintings of Confederate flags and swastikas in his front yard.

No community of any size is exempt from Neo-Nazi and KKK vandalism.28 Thinking people have stated to move out of Iowa for the protection of their children and themselves; others are boycotting Iowa farm produce, manufactured products, etc.

Percentage of people who feel racism keeps Blacks down.

45 states were terrified with the largest voter turnout in more than a century with 73% of the electorate casting their ballots before election day.29 66.3% cast their ballots in 2020, the previous 1908 election had been the highest with 65.7%; the lowest turnout was in 1924 with 48.9%. Democrats gained in every battleground state and won some typically Republican states like Arizona and Georgia. Independents, Latinos, and Catholics shifted from 2016 voting for Trump to voting for Biden.30 Trump was toxic, even losing some white christian evangelicals but retaining fringe groups and bulk of white christian evangelicals. The better educated the voter was, the greater was the turn out to vote for Democrats. Lingering poverty and the feeling that they will never succeed in Trump’s country also accounted for many turning to the Democrat Party. Health care was the biggest care driving Blacks to the poll as many did not have insurance or were underinsured.31

In this, Lemke, Thompson, Stewart, and others who threaten judges and elected officials are identical to Trump and often use his words to call out for violence against their opponents. On February 24, 2017, Trump targeted U.S. Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, demanding that the two justices should recuse themselves from any cases that he is involved in. In February 2020, Trump attacked Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the judge who is presiding over his former adviser Roger Stone’s pending criminal case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Trump unhappy with anything that does not praise him.

In November 2018, Trump announced new rules that would bar anyone crossing the U.S.-Mexico border not through an official port of entry from receiving asylum. On November 20, Judge Jon Tigar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ordered the administration to accept asylum claims regardless of where migrants entered the country. Trump called the decision “a disgrace,” attacked Tigar as “an Obama judge,” and critiqued the Ninth Circuit as “really something we have to take a look at because it’s not fair,” adding, “That’s not law. Every case that gets filed in the Ninth Circuit we get beaten.”

Texas supporters of Trump

In a rare response, Chief Justice John Roberts told the Associated Press that the U.S. doesn’t have “Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.” There are thousands of people who are dependent on an independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.32 In February 2020, Trump attacked Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the judge who is presiding over his former adviser Roger Stone’s pending criminal case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.33
